Yes, I offer online therapy to all residents in Texas. This includes Tarrant County, Dallas, Fort Worth, Ridglea Hills, Overton Park, Tanglewood, Parker County, Aledo, Southlake, and all of Texas.
-
Sessions are 50 minutes and I meet with clients on a weekly basis.
After we have worked together for a period of time we can discuss changing the frequency if desired, but I believe at least weekly is needed to see the progress you desire from this work.

My approach is relational and attachment-based, which means I believe the relationship between us is a core part of the healing, not just the backdrop for it. A lot of what brings women to therapy, the patterns, the self-doubt, the difficulty knowing what they need, developed inside of relationships. Which means the most powerful place to work through those things is inside of a relationship too.
I bring curiosity, honesty, and a genuine interest in understanding you as a whole person, not just the problem you walked in with. Nothing you bring in here is too much, and none of the parts of you that have been harder to love will be treated as something to get rid of. We figure out what they've been doing for you, and we go from there.

Attachment therapy is based on the idea that the relationships we have early in life teach us what to expect from all the relationships that follow. If you grew up feeling consistently seen and safe to need things from the people around you, you likely carry that security into adulthood. If you didn't, you probably developed ways of coping that made sense then but cause problems now, things like people pleasing, shutting down emotionally, or never quite trusting that people will stay.
Attachment therapy helps you understand those patterns, where they came from and how they're showing up in your life today, and then offers something different. Not just insight, but an actual experience of a relationship that feels safe, consistent, and honest. That experience is what starts to change things at a deeper level than understanding alone ever could.
