Hi, I’m Erica Joosten.
I work with women who are tired of feeling like they've lost themselves in a relationship or somewhere between taking care of everyone else and just getting through the day.
Maybe you are questioning patterns you have repeated your whole life. Maybe you are a mom who loves your kids and still wonder who you are outside of that. Maybe something in your relationships continues to feel frustrating and you can't figure out why.
My approach is based in relationship and attachment. Many of our wounds happen in connection with others and I believe that compassionate connection has the same power. This means that I view our therapeutic relationship as a key part of experiencing healing and change.
When you experience what it feels like to be truly seen and understood, something shifts inside of you. In how you see yourself and how you show up for the people you love.
My hope for our work together is that you will leave knowing who you are and what you want. And that you will feel confident enough to ask for what you need, say it out loud, and live authentically. Even when the people around you have feelings about that.

Consultation
Schedule a free call where I can learn what you’re desiring from therapy and you can learn how I work. This time allows us to determine if we are a good fit to work together. Then, we’ll schedule our first session.

Clarify
In our first session we will explore some of your history, what you’re holding, and where you’d like to begin in our work. We will meet on a weekly basis to establish a strong foundation and create momentum in our work.

Build
As you have space to share honestly and openly in our therapeutic work, you’ll build a stronger relationship to yourself. A stronger relationship with yourself will impact how you show up in life and in relationship to others.

Live Empowered
As you learn to trust your inner wisdom instead of the world around you, you’ll feel empowered to make new choices and communicate your desires and needs with more confidence. This will empower you to live a more honest and authentic life.
